As the Training Lead for Wind River Studio Developer deployment, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure the successful adoption of a new DevSecOps platform within our engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to develop tailored learning experiences that empower our workforce to leverage the full potential of this platform. We are looking for an experienced and independent individual able to work on their own and juggle different tasks.
responsibilities :
Develop a strategic training plan and roadmap for the deployment of Wind River Studio.
Work with WR subject matter experts and project leads to define content for online learning platforms and classroom training.
Collaborate with WR learning team on creating and maintaining training materials and videos for e-learning, ensuring content remains valid and available for learners.
Support communication team with organizing practical seminars sessions for adoption teams.
Simplify processes of accessing training and promoting it across channels.
Manage content on the learning management system, in collaboration with a global LMS Specialist.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand deployment objectives and training needs.
Drive ongoing assessment of training needs by implementing feedback mechanism and monitoring trends.
Ensure training content is tailored to the different user roles and levels of expertise.
requirements-expected :
6+ years in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and accessible training materials.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written English (min. B2/C1).
IT-technical background.
