In this newly created role, we are looking for a colleague to provide governance and oversight over our globally and locally mandated trainings. This colleague will be responsible for building and maintainin an inventory of trainings, whether they are globally mandated or required due to local legislations. This colleague will partner with Subject Matter Experts to reduce duplication of content while ensuring that regulatory requirements are met by partnering with local leaders.
The successful candidate will liaise with Subject Matter Experts, HR Operations, Talent Development Professionals and Senior Leaders to ensure that trainings are provided to colleagues in a timely manner with colleague experience at the centre of all that they do. This will include ensuring communication standards and appropriate audiences are defined.
The colleague will be central to the mandatory training experience for all colleagues, including reporting to Senior Leaders and to the People Risk Committee on training completion, and defining appropriate trainings to our contingent worker population.
As part of the CAO Strategy Team, the role will report directly to the Senior People Partner responsible for People Risks, Listening Strategy and Governance. The candidate will be the primary point of contact for all matters relating to mandatory training globally and support the People Risk framework.
