Our Client is a prominent entity within the industrial/manufacturing sector. They are a large organisation, expanding Digital Learning Team.
Your responsibilities
Organize and execute tasks related to training management, including participant management, email correspondence, and ensuring secure handling of participant data.
Serve as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries, responding in both German and English.
Coordinate with training providers and manage the ordering process.
Maintain and update data in the relevant systems and training portfolio.
Handle training-related materials and generate reports to support operational tasks, such as billing data preparation.
Employer requirements
University degree.
Knowledge of English (B1) and German (at least B2 level).
Experience working in an international environment.
Independent, responsible, and proactive work approach.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
