Job Location & Employment
- Workplace: Jasionka near Rzeszów (Podkarpackie voivodship)
- Type of employment: Temporary – contract for substitution (approx. 12 months)
- Employment type: Full‑time, Temporary (fixed term)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Compliance & Governance records and documentation of aircrew training in Quality Management System (QMS/Pelesys).
- Track required documents to be uploaded into the QMS upload courses, LSI/FSI/TFSI create course certificates.
- Manage training records and forms.
- Enroll 3rd Party providers courses – DG, WDD – raise Purchase Requisitions for booked courses, process invoices.
- Identify and manage governance & compliance risks, report any expiries immediately to MCT of the respective AOC.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections; manage corrective actions, support the AOCs on formal audits.
- Liaise internally with Training Planners, Roster Planners and Pilots to coordinate planned all initial and recurrent trainings and with regulatory bodies for license paperwork submission.
- Regularly review and update training policies and procedures, where applicable.
- Ensure training programs comply with applicable regulations and CHC standards.
- Stay current with regulatory & company changes and adapt compliance strategies accordingly.
- Provide training on compliance procedures and requirements.
- Perform additional tasks, duties and projects assigned by the STPS, MCT, HOFT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- For candidates lacking a degree, employer will accept 4 years of experience, which must include relevant experience for the role. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training consistent with the above.
- Strong understanding of training compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Ability to interpret and apply governance policies.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
