As a Business Analyst at TechTorch, you will play a critical role in bridging business and technology - translating complex business needs into clear, structured requirements that can be executed by technical teams and understood by senior stakeholders. You will work closely with business leaders, delivery managers, and engineering teams to analyze current-state processes, leverage data and AI-driven insights, and support the design and delivery of scalable digital solutions across AI, data, and CRM initiatives.
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery execution.
~ Gather, document, and analyze detailed business and functional requirements across AI, data, and CRM initiatives.
~ Analyze operational and business data to uncover trends, risks, and performance drivers.
~ Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau .
~ Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
~ Partner with developers, architects, and product owners to support solution design, implementation, and testing.
~ Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and working meetings across the project lifecycle.
~ Work on CRM-related initiatives (with Salesforce exposure preferred but not required ).
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in consulting or enterprise environments .
~ Proven experience working on technology and digital transformation projects , including data, AI, CRM, or automation initiatives.
~ Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau , or similar tools.
~ Experience translating business needs into technical or process-driven solutions.
~ Exposure to Salesforce or CRM ecosystems is preferred but not mandatory.
~ Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills - comfortable engaging both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
