Training & Development Coordinator
Your responsibilities
- Defining and Implementing Development Projects:
- Supporting the execution of activities within the People Potential Review Process.
- Managing the quarterly potential review system by analyzing results.
- Developing development initiatives based on assessment outcomes.
- Supporting the HRBP team by providing tools and assisting leaders in employee development and succession planning.
- Managing development projects.
- Designing and implementing modern learning solutions with a focus on AI and blended learning.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant content.
- Managing relationships with external providers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and content effectiveness.
- Evaluation & Reporting:
- Monitoring the effectiveness of development initiatives using data and key performance indicators.
- Conducting evaluations of training programs.
- Reporting evaluation results and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Assessing and improving training effectiveness based on participant feedback and metrics.
- Using feedback and analytics to enhance learning content and execution.
- Promoting Development Programs:
- Creating and implementing internal marketing plans for development initiatives.
- Preparing communication content for target groups and the entire organization.
- Conducting training sessions in various formats, including webinars and workshops.
- Effectively communicating training strategies and updates.
- Providing internal customer support.
Our requirements
- Higher education in Education, HR, Psychology, Sociology, Management, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in defining competency development initiatives, with a focus on technology or AI.
- Experience in managing relationships with external providers.
- Expertise in instructional design and training program development.
- Training design & development expertise, with a focus on educational technologies and AI.
- Ability to design and implement development strategies and manage projects.
- Self-discipline and accountability for task quality.
- Strong task planning and risk management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, presentation, and marketing skills.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
