Obowiązki
Coordinate with local business units to prepare for integration into the Help Center.
Assist in the preparation and adaptation of training materials, templates, prompts, UX/UI website inputs, translation tool test etc.. considering the countries specificity and market needs
Organize and support countries key user training sessions
Track planning and follow up on country-specific rollout activities.
Assist in preparing the SOP [Standard Operating Procedures - country or/and process related
Assist in the preparation of communication campaigns for Help Center country launches
Wymagania
Contribute to the development of new Help Center features, functionalities, tools, and services, including those powered by AI.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and external technical suppliers to monitor progress and suggest improvements.
Oferujemy
Participate in daily and weekly follow-up calls with the external Help Center service provider.
Analyze KPIs, customer records, and service reports to identify trends and issues.
Prepare and propose action plans based on data-driven analysis to ensure continuous improvement and performance optimization.
Support the steering committee meeting preparations - analysis, presentation, data gathering
