We invite Erasmus+ Program students from Romania and Slovakia to join our team in Szczecin, Poland.

We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals eager to gain practical experience in the dynamic and future-oriented field of Automotive and Embedded Systems.

We offer a unique opportunity to work on real Research & Development projects, including Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, allowing you to bring your own innovative ideas to life.

The positions below are developmental in nature, focused on creating innovative solutions, with a strong emphasis on the Proof of Concept (PoC) cycle and the implementation of new features.

As an IRC Trainee, you will be more than just an observer. You will be a full‑fledged team member working alongside great engineers.

Location: Szczecin, Poland (offline internship/practices)

Collaboration: Work with experts using technologies such as C++, Autosar, MQTT, Python, Bash, QML, Linux.

Your Contribution: Bring your ideas and value to the project. We value initiative and fresh perspectives.

Requirements

• Basic technical understanding of embedded systems
• Ability to learn the project specific tools
• Ability to understand technical documentation
• Ability to team work
• Problem solving attitude

Job responsibilities

• Analyse requirement and test design specifications
• Track and report progress and status
• Analyse test results and write bug reports
• Communicate with the supervisors about priorities and issues
• Work in Scrum methodology (participation in daily and weekly meetings online, planning, retro)
