Danfoss is looking for a Trainee who is motivated to develop into a Partner Sales Engineer in our Power Electronics and Drives segment. As part of the Partner Sales team, you will support the development and management of our indirect sales in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled and business-oriented individual to build a career in sales engineering with a global leader in energy-efficient technologies.

This role is time-limited to 1 year and can be fulfilled either from our office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki or from a Home Office in southern Poland.

What You-ll Be Doing

Role

In this role, you will participate in a dynamic trainee program in which you will gain hands-on experience with partner management and sales development projects. Aiming at driving sales growth within our channel partner network, your tasks include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and their customers
• Preparing commercial offers, providing technical advice, and supporting sales activities to achieve agreed goals
• Collaborating closely with the Partner Sales Manager, local Sales Engineers, and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, applications)
• Supporting business development plans, pricing structures, and partner growth initiatives
• Providing resources and guidance to partners, monitoring sales performance, and sharing best practices
• Participating in sales projects, generating leads, and conducting market studies in Poland

What We-re Looking For

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (e.g. mechatronics)
• Enjoyment of working with people paired with solid communication skills
• Business acumen with analytical, process-oriented mindset
• Proactive, can-do attitude, and high motivation for personal development
• Good MS Office skills
• Fluent Polish and very good English language skills in speaking and writing
• B driving license and travel flexibility within Poland (at least 3 days per week, a car will be provided)
