AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) is inviting applications for Trainee Mechanics to be based at Poznan Airport, working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair.

We are seeking to recruit Trainee Aircraft Mechanics for our 12‑week training programme. Upon successful completion, trainees will be based at our Poznan Line Station.

Responsibilities

• Supervised scheduled and non‑scheduled maintenance tasks on Ryanair’s fleet of Boeing 737‑800 and 737‑8200 aircraft.
• Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery support.
• Base husbandry and housekeeping.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies and regulations.
• Other tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager.

Requirements

All candidates must have a clean criminal record, a full manual driving licence, and the unrestricted right to live & work in the country where the role is based. A valid passport is required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Engineering qualification (desirable).
• Experience in a similar mechanical role such as a motor vehicle mechanic, electrician or fabricator (desirable).
• Keen interest in engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (essential).
