Description
Ryanair operates a fleet of 600+ aircraft, including the new Boeing 737‑8200 ‘Gamechanger’ and 300 Boeing 737‑MAX‑10 on order. The Trainee Mechanic Programme is conducted at our industry‑leading maintenance facility in Krakow. Trainees gain hands‑on experience, learn essential aviation maintenance skills and, upon successful completion, will be based at the Krakow Line Station.
Duties
- Supervise scheduled and non‑scheduled maintenance tasks on Ryanair’s Boeing 737‑800 and 737‑8200 aircraft.
- Provide Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery support.
- Perform base husbandry and housekeeping.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies and regulations.
- Other tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager.
Qualifications
- Full Manual Driving Licence.
- Unrestricted right to live & work in Poland and a valid passport.
- Clean criminal record.
- Engineering qualification (desirable).
- Experience in a similar mechanical role such as motor vehicle mechanic, electrician or fabricator (desirable).
- Keen interest in engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential).
