Responsibilities

• Work with documents and contracts.
• Collect references from hospitals.
• Review specifications for tenders.
• Coordinate preparation of advertising materials in compliance with medical device regulations.
• Work with documentation related to the ISO 13485 quality management system.
• Handle registration documentation for medical devices and documentation required for tenders.
• Collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Student status in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry or related fields.
• Very good Polish and English.
• Availability – about 30h per week (onsite).
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Focus on details.
