For our Client, a global digital marketing agency, we are currently conducting an urgent recruitment for the position of Traffic Manager (Process Manager) .

Requirements

• Proven work experience in a marketing agency.
• Experience in traffic management or similar.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel).
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA experience preferred).
• Expert command of analytical tools.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Very good written and verbal English (B2+ level).

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources and tasks to multiple teams and businesses, based on their availability and priorities.
• Daily resource management for the production group (Web Publisher, Web Developer, QA).
• Supervise project resources and assist in resource booking management.
• Daily communication regarding workloads and project status with team heads.
• Lead and coordinate regular production meetings and status updates with team heads.
• Support in building and improving effective traffic processes & monitoring systems.
• Monitor status across multiple projects and ensure all parties are informed of progress and resource availability.
• Organize taskforce resources if any ad hoc projects arise.
