Job Description
We are a global leader in the financial services industry and a FTSE250 company currently recruiting for a Trading Services Analyst with a genuine interest in financial markets and learning more about them. We’ll provide on-the-job training and support to help ensure you quickly pick up the necessary knowledge and understanding.
As a Trading Services Analyst, youll help deliver world-class and industry-leading trading support to our global client base. Were looking for people who have a passion for excellent client service and financial markets, and who have an interest in learning more about this exciting field!
This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, seeking work in an active and team-focused environment. Youre also well suited for the role if you have previous client services experience, thrive on interacting and assisting clients with a wide range of queries, and if you have a demonstrated interest or prior exposure to financial markets, either through education, work, or self-driven learning.
We work in a hybrid model and our office is located in Kraków, Poland.
What you will do:
- Providing front-line support to our clients across phone, email, web chat, WhatsApp and social media (in German as well as English);
- Answering queries from our client base on all of our products and platforms;
- Resolving trade queries and disputes;
- Dealing and executing trades for our clients over the phone (after relevant training) - this is execution-only dealing (we do not give any trading advice);
- Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages;
- Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks;
- Participating in and running various local and international projects or initiatives.
What you’ll need for this role:
- At least one of: a background in finance, economics, or a related field; experience in a financial or banking environment, or a client servicing/sales role; a demonstrated interest in financial markets;
- A degree-level education;
- Fluency in primary support languages: German (written and spoken);
- Fluent competency in English (verbal and written);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- A logical and analytical approach to problem solving;
- Confidence to employ basic maths skills, particularly mental arithmetic;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure;
- Literacy in MS Office.
