• Analyzing trading and market data to support trading decisions and pricing strategies
• Monitoring market and sales trends, identifying factors affecting financial performance, and forecasting future outcomes
• Developing market and trading analyses, including competitor analysis, pricing, and demand trends
• Collaborating with trading and finance teams to optimize sales performance and margins
• Monitoring the effectiveness of trading strategies, including promotional campaigns, and recommending improvements
• Creating reports on trading performance, analyzing variances, and providing recommendations to management teams
• Participating in the development of trading strategies and supporting decisions on product introductions and phase-outs

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Trading Analyst, Business Analyst)
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and make recommendations based on results
• Advanced analytical skills and experience in market and trading analysis
• Familiarity with Comarch ERP system (or another large ERP system)
• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and present complex concepts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decisions
• Creativity and proactivity in finding solutions
