Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager
The Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for building an outstanding shopper experience in omnichannel.
Your role:
Having a great impact on how we interact with our consumers during the whole decision journey with a strong focus on in-store engagement and online excellence.
Building expertise of a category, based on the knowledge of shopper insights, market data and best practices, stock & sell-out data from retailers, and identifying the biggest growth opportunities for the category.
Leading the creation of a trade activation plan for key categories, taking into account channel specifics and a tailor-made approach.
Constantly monitoring Philips in-store position (in-store excellence) online and offline, setting improvement targets in each trade area, and driving actions to close gaps.
Understanding the growth pillars for category and channel, prioritizing key growth drivers, key category segments, shopper target groups, shopper triggers, and barriers in order to come up with category strategy and recommendations for channel activation.
Leading and executing tactical promotions in the category under responsibility.
You will be a part of a category-oriented, omnichannel Trade & Shopper Marketing team cooperating with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams.
You will be responsible for the Male Grooming category.
Youre the right fit if:
You have experience in trade & shopper marketing management or a similar position.
You have knowledge of e-commerce media and follow the latest trends; a digital background will be an advantage.
You have an understanding of business operations, marketing principles, management skills, and techniques.
You are able to lead category/channel trade marketing change projects.
You can work independently and provide consultative advice within specific functional areas.
You have an analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data from various sources.
You possess strong commercial communication skills.
You are a flexible and self-motivated team player.
You are fluent in English.
You have an active driving license (B category).
