The Trade Support Analyst is responsible for providing operational support to Traders across securities, cash, and transaction processes. The role includes trade monitoring, reporting, and settlement activities, requiring solid understanding of the business environment. Daily work involves communication with multiple internal and external parties via phone, email, or in person to investigate queries and ensure smooth execution of transactions. The position is part of a Middle Office team supporting investment funds operating in the capital markets.


  • Professional command of English
  • Familiarity with SWIFT
  • 2–3 years of experience in the financial sector, ideally within capital markets or investment operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong focus on Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to raise observations or concerns when needed

Nice to have:

  • Experience in participating in operational or process-related projects
  • University degree in finance, banking, or a related field
