Overview

The Trade Sales Manager is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of the Trade client portfolio and actively seeking new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Credit Structuring skills and risk assessment experience within the Trade Finance.
• Understanding product requirements, operational processes, credit requirements, Treasury costing mechanisms.
• Internal alignment with country or regional / product / sale counterparts for execution of structured Trade Products.
• Ensure governance over sub portfolio.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Conduct market reads for specific deals.
• Responsibility as one of the members and contributors as the first line of defense from an operational and credit risk management perspective.
• Adequately assess risk when business decisions are made.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience.
• Credit Risk and Trade Product experience.
• Capital Markets Credit Risk Structuring or Credit Risk Management Experience.
• Knowledge of Polish and English.

Education

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
