This position will be focused on strengthening our position in the On-trade channel by developing compelling activities able to turn brand choices into purchases.

This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at the Warsaw office, Fridays at home)

What You Can Expect

• Activity Planning: Contribute to the preparation of a 12-month activity calendar and support the 4Ps through detailed analysis.
• Market & Customer Insights: Advise on customer and channel understanding, co-create customer plans, and identify new market opportunities.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team and Key Account Managers to turn selling stories into effective sales tools and execute contractual provisions.
• POSM & Activations: Lead the development, production, and distribution of POSM materials, and manage in-store consumer activations.
• Communication & Budget Management: Ensure proper communication with the Sales Team and trade partners, track trade-related spending, and manage document flow related to trade activities.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in sales / trade marketing in FMCG, minimum 2 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations).
• Proven time & project management skills, including organizational skills, with attention to details.
• Ability to cope with a broad variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Polish native and advanced English language (verbal and written).
