Obowiązki
Managing all assigned products by channel and customer within the automotive market.
Preparation of marketing animations for customers, including corrective actions, identification of new business opportunities, and range extension, to enhance sales performance.
Defining and managing sell-in/sell-out marketing actions targeted at sales teams, and assessing their effectiveness against recommendations from the Marketing Europe team.
Ensuring optimal customer service levels by focusing on Demand Planning and enhancing sales forecast reliability.
Prioritizing the increase of product penetration rate and market share for each client by analyzing market potential and growth opportunities.
Managing the Selling Price Index and conducting margin analysis by product to maintain pricing competitiveness and recommend price adjustments as needed.
Overseeing the entire Product Life Cycle, from activation to withdrawal from the market.
Personally supervising key strategic marketing projects for the company.
Collaborating with the Digital Communication team to define content and oversee its implementation across various products and channels/customers.
Wymagania
University-level or Master’s-level education in Business/Trade/Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
Ability to work with large databases, advanced proficiency in Excel.
Proven Marketing tools experience.
Very good command of English, written and verbal.
Oferujemy
Knowledge of the automotive environment, particularly in the spare parts market, including brands and competitors.
Experience working in an international context.
Knowledge of SAP is considered an additional benefit.
