Your tasks

• preparing and verifying the accuracy of shipping documentation
• performing invoicing within the SAP system and managing all related processes to ensure timely issuance
• managing office supplies and handling correspondence for the Supply Chain department
• processing shipping documents, including printing, signing, stamping, scanning, and archiving
