Obowiązki

• Confirming transaction’s presence and its’ economic characteristics,
• Identifying Front Office transactions that require the generation of the management system confirmation,
• Selecting appropriate templates for generating confirmations,
• Negotiating with the counterparty to validate the use of an existing document template,
• Following up with the counterparty to confirm the transaction is in compliance with established follow-up and escalation procedures,
• Analysing received documents from the counterparty and checking the economic and legal items,
• Undertaking necessary actions to resolve possible discrepancies (Middle Office and Front Office contacts, Legal, client, etc.)
• Drafting simple procedures (summary procedures) and performing periodical controls.

Wymagania

• University degree with a specialization in Banking / Finance or equivalent,
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in a similar role,
• Experience with FX trade will be an asset,
• Knowledge of the capital market principles and the confirmation standard.
