Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Professional experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Formal education in international law, trade compliance, and/or customs regulations
  • Familiarity with product compliance frameworks and standards
  • Recognized certifications in any of the above domains is an asset (e.g. customs broker license, trade compliance certification)

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative or operational support, preferably in logistics or compliance
  • Skilled in managing both standard and non-standard tasks with minimal supervision
  • Experience in identifying inefficiencies and actively contributing to process improvements
  • Capable of adapting procedures to meet evolving business needs and collaborating across teams to implement changes

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP and customs software is an asset

Languages Skills:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Any other European language is an asset

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

Job Purpose

You will play a key role in driving and optimizing EUDR-related operations within the Trade Compliance team. You will manage workflows, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements. We offer 1 year contract.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve daily workflows for EUDR documentation across import/export activities
  • Identify and resolve non-standard issues in the My Tower EUDR system, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline document handling and vendor coordination
  • Proactively support customs brokers with complex EUDR cases, including missing or delayed DDS documentation
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in EUDR operations
