Key Responsibilities
- Support decisions related to customer development (CD), promotions and accruals.
- Partner with CD account teams to manage the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) process in a standardized way across all accounts and support initiatives to close process gaps.
- Help resolve key issues related to audit claims and aged deductions.
- Engage with the Order to Cash team in the Multi Country Operation to ensure transactional & balance sheet issues are resolved in an optimal way.
- Provide support in planning and implementing TPM‑related improvements.
- Work closely with Finance CD partners to monitor P&L TSC (Total Supply Chain) elements and cash impacted by inventory.
- Investigate and analyze current go‑to‑market models and contribute to improving TPM processes based on market needs.
- Coordinate meetings with business teams to share and drive best TPM practices.
- Explore and propose new trade promotion planning and delivery models adapted to market opportunities.
- Guide local operations through the piloting and implementation of process improvements.
- Cooperate closely with key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Planning, and the Global IBP Team.
- Report directly to the Global IBP Head.
Qualifications & Experience
- Sales finance basic understanding is a must.
- Trade Marketing or CCD background is a must.
- 2 - 4 years Finance experience, supporting a Customer Facing / FMCG business Project Management is nice to Have.
- Experience with TPM tools or similar systems.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams across multiple functions.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or other related fields.
- Project management experience is a plus.
