Trackwise Support Engineer will join the team responsible for ensuring the interrupted functioning of the Trackwise application in the life science company. This position predicts 1/4 FTE engagement remotely. Our expectations: Strong proficiency with tools: Trackwise, Jira, Confluence Experience in business stakeholder management Ability to work effectively with support teams and service vendors Excellent communication skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to efficiently manage tickets Proficiency in English Key tasks: Process tickets within 1st and 2nd level support Knowledge of Trackwise application and its architecture Collaborate closely with the Business Support team Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues quickly Manage and track tickets using Jira and Trackwise Create and update documentation in Confluence Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders to ensure continuous support
