For a long-term international project, we are looking for an experienced specialist to lead Master Data Governance and Financial Integration streams within a TPM landscape. The role focuses on ensuring data consistency, financial alignment, and Go-Live readiness across TPM-relevant domains, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders.

At least 4 years of experience in Master Data Management and data governance within enterprise environments
Practical knowledge of financial integration and data flows in TPM or related systems
Understanding of TPM-relevant master data domains (customers, products, hierarchies)
Experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT teams
Experience in CPG/FMCG or trade promotion environments as an advantage
Fluency in both: English and Polish
