Total Rewards Analyst – Insights & AI Support

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize Total Rewards data from Workday and other HR systems.
  • Support creation of regional reward dashboards and reports (Power BI or Workday Extend).
  • Conduct trend and correlation analyses (e.g., pay progression, turnover by role, benefit utilization).
  • Maintain and refresh data sets for international reporting.
  • Use GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to summarize data insights and assist with draft reports.
  • Explore AI‑driven efficiencies such as automated data narratives or survey analysis.
  • Assist in gathering and comparing external market data (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) with internal trends.
  • Support the analysis of pay equity, benefits competitiveness, and retention levers across international markets.
  • Provide analytical support during annual compensation and benefits review cycles.
  • Prepare presentation materials and visuals for HR leadership updates.
  • Support all data gathering related to the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Alternatively, a high school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Comfortable experimenting with GenAI tools and applying statistical methods to validate insights.
  • Fluent English.
