TOSCA Test Lead

Your tasks

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end QA and testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA migration, covering SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover activities
• Lead test planning, estimation, environment set‑up and defect governance, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business‑critical processes
• Review and challenge solution designs and delivery approaches to ensure quality, risk mitigation and testability
• Coordinate and align multiple test teams, vendors and system integrators while providing clear quality reporting to stakeholders
• Act as a trusted QA adviser, proactively identifying risks related to data migration, integrations and cutover readiness

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in QA/testing, including senior or lead roles
• Proven involvement in at least one full SAP S/4HANA migration or large SAP transformation
• Strong knowledge of SAP end‑to‑end business processes, integration testing, data validation and cutover activities
• Hands‑on experience with TOSCA and defect management
• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1) and the ability to influence stakeholders across IT, business and vendors
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
