Tooling & Equipment Ordering and Handling Specialist

As a Tooling & Equipment Vessel Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for our vessels, ensuring all tooling and equipment (T&E) needs are met to support smooth and efficient offshore operations. You’ll coordinate daily vessel activities, oversee mobilization and demobilization processes, and act as a vital link between technical, logistics, and operational teams. Your day will involve problem‑solving, stakeholder coordination, and driving continuous improvements in T&E management.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned vessels, managing all T&E-related communication and coordination.
  • Ensure timely availability and quality of tooling and equipment to support daily vessel operations.
  • Oversee port calls, mobilization, and demobilization activities, ensuring compliance with operational schedules and safety standards.
  • Lead and support initiatives to optimize T&E processes, logistics flows, and overall asset management efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Equipment Management, Service Sales, Logistics, and Repair Centers.
  • Manage vessel-related T&E projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in vessel coordination, logistics, or related offshore operations. Experience in Export Control and Customs, including VAT.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across multiple teams and regions.
  • Knowledge of tooling, equipment management, or port operations; offshore industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Project management skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset to drive operational excellence.
