Your role
- Provide Time Management support (first and second level) for TRUMPF subsidiaries, handling all related requests in Workday Help including time booking corrections and absence management
- Identify process improvements and resolve quality issues through regular collaboration with the responsible Key User and HR IT
- Develop comprehensive process documentation and support projects for new subsidiary integration
- Generate working hour reports for external leasing companies
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Your profile
- Previous hands‑on experience, preferably from a Shared Service Center environment
- Fluent German and English communication skills required
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, solve problems and collaborate across departments
- Experience with HR systems like Workday would be advantageous, with a customer‑oriented service mentality
- Hybrid work model (40% mandatory office attendance per month) and flexible start times
