Job description

Our client is aiming at managing and transforming the full Information Technology infrastructure underpinning the Commercial Banking Operations in European major countries. Focused on harnessing leading-edge innovation, monitoring trends in the banking and IT industries, and identifying emerging disruptive technologies to be rapidly introduced in production.

Your responsibilities

1. Installation, administration and maintenance of Tibco products (full list below)
2. Support the Incident, Problem and Change management processes
3. Technical support to developers and application managers (running services and new implementations)
4. Performance and capacity management of the administered systems
5. On-call duty 24/7 (one week every 2 months)
6. Change activities outside standard working hours (for production only)

15. Assertiveness and confidence
16. Ability to recognize and manage inter-dependencies
17. High level of autonomy and flexibility
18. Willingness and determination to integrate in a complex environment
19. Structured approach to problem solving
20. Ability to perform under potential stressful conditions
21. Basic knowledge of J2EE
22. Basic knowledge of Applications Architecture and Patterns
