U.S. Bank National Association is seeking a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Risk & Compliance Specialist (RCS) to support multiple risk domains within our TPRM program. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in collaborative environments, possess a strong risk-oriented mindset, and are passionate about safeguarding the organization through effective risk oversight.
As an RCS, you will partner with Business Lines, Third Parties, and Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals to conduct risk assessments and perform risk-based reviews of domain-specific contract language. Risk domains may include Country Risk, Fourth Party Risk, Artificial Intelligence, and Physical Security.
The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert in current processes and demonstrate a strong credible challenge mindset. Building and fostering cross‑functional relationships is essential—not only within TPRM but also with supporting groups such as Privacy, Information Security, Resilience, and Compliance. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, and/or Security+ are preferred.
Working hours: 11am- 19pm
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
