We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:

Testing Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for solving engineering problems in relation to testing and quality assurance and develop processes and practices that help deliver scalable testing that is fast, frequent and continuous.
  2. Develop a Testing strategy and ensure its implementation across Control-M technology.
  3. Determining tools and approaches for Testing per product and the automated storing of test output.
  4. Ensuring documented Test strategies and test plans are in place and are up to date and reflective of the current position.
  5. Actively maintaining existing Test frameworks or help develop new ones when required.
  6. Developing Tests that are predictable, repeatable and implement automated verification of acceptance criteria.
  7. Introduce KPIs or metrics that evidence the success of Testing as a practice.
  8. Agree appropriate hosting of any necessary Testing infrastructure or software.

Requirements:

  1. While not required, a background in Workload Automation scheduling tools is highly recommended.
  2. Testing background in a fast-paced IT environment.
  3. Strategic planning.
  4. Automation tooling.
  5. Experience of different types of testing, e.g., unit, performance, regression.
  6. Experience of evaluating the success of implementing testing strategies.
  7. Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  8. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Proficiency in English language speaking and writing skills required.
  10. Experience of working with global teams across geographies and cultures.

Recruitment process: two online meetings with hiring managers, followed by an initial phone screening with our recruiter.

Hybrid work: 6-8 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw.
