We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:
Testing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for solving engineering problems in relation to testing and quality assurance and develop processes and practices that help deliver scalable testing that is fast, frequent and continuous.
- Develop a Testing strategy and ensure its implementation across Control-M technology.
- Determining tools and approaches for Testing per product and the automated storing of test output.
- Ensuring documented Test strategies and test plans are in place and are up to date and reflective of the current position.
- Actively maintaining existing Test frameworks or help develop new ones when required.
- Developing Tests that are predictable, repeatable and implement automated verification of acceptance criteria.
- Introduce KPIs or metrics that evidence the success of Testing as a practice.
- Agree appropriate hosting of any necessary Testing infrastructure or software.
Requirements:
- While not required, a background in Workload Automation scheduling tools is highly recommended.
- Testing background in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Strategic planning.
- Automation tooling.
- Experience of different types of testing, e.g., unit, performance, regression.
- Experience of evaluating the success of implementing testing strategies.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English language speaking and writing skills required.
- Experience of working with global teams across geographies and cultures.

Recruitment process: two online meetings with hiring managers, followed by an initial phone screening with our recruiter.
Hybrid work: 6-8 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw.
