We are hiring Testing Engineers to join the Digital Business Automation team in CTO Infrastructure. Our services span automation and file transfer tooling across various platforms including Linux/Oracle, mainframe systems, and microservices — but your focus will be on testing practices rather than the platforms themselves.
You’ll work closely with engineering and operations teams to validate new features, identify defects early, and help shape a modern, automation-friendly testing environment. While some tests will be conducted manually or semi-manually at the outset, we are evolving towards greater automation — and your scripting ability and tooling mindset will be key.
responsibilities :
Design and execute test cases for new and enhanced services across multiple technologies.
Support both manual and semi-automated testing, gradually increasing automation coverage.
Contribute to test planning, requirement reviews, and test data preparation.
Write or adapt scripts and test scenarios using tools aligned with CI/CD workflows.
Log, track, and retest defects in collaboration with development teams.
Ensure traceability and documentation of test results to support audits and governance.
Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.
Work closely with the Testing Lead to align execution with overall test strategy.
requirements-expected :
Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Some exposure to scripting or test automation tools (e.g. Python, Bash, Selenium, REST API testing).
Basic understanding of CI/CD practices and how testing integrates with pipelines.
Ability to review requirements, spot edge cases, and design effective test cases.
Familiarity with enterprise technology environments (e.g. Linux, Oracle DB, APIs).
Proactive approach to identifying issues and improving quality practices.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a structured, documentation-driven mindset.
