We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring the quality of complex digital and distributed systems (SFCD). You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless software delivery, while also playing a critical role in maintaining high standards across our Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service, and CPQ Clouds.
responsibilities :
Execute manual and automated tests across SFCD systems, ensuring the functionality and stability of Salesforce customizations and integrations.
Design and develop test cases.
Perform test planning, test case design, and execution and integration with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are clear and actionable.
Track defects using Jira, manage project workflows, and collaborate with team members for continuous quality assurance improvements.
Document testing processes in Confluence and ensure the smooth communication of findings to stakeholders.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, with a focus on quality assurance and software testing.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
Proficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence.
Strong understanding of manual testing processes, particularly in Salesforce environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitHub for version control.
English proficiency (B2 or higher).
