Detailed description of work task to be carried out

Responsibilities:

1. Review business and technical requirements, identify test approaches, plan E2E tests
2. Coordinate E2E testing for different releases
3. Design and implement E2E Test scenarios and cases
4. Execute tests, report results including defects
5. Provide clear visibility to E2E testing progress and proactively engage with all stakeholders
6. Provide support and coaching for other E2E test engineers

Description of knowledge and experience:

1. Good hands-on testing experience (test design and test execution)
2. Experience from testing in a complex integrated environment with multiple applications
3. Banking / Cards / Payments domain understanding is a must. Understanding of banking architecture (Batch runs, multiple integration technologies, etc.)
4. Technical – able to communicate with development teams, architects, and test environment personnel to define testing scope and test environments to be used for testing
5. Experience working with SAFe/ Agile
6. Fluent communication in English. Smoothly working with teams who are distributed globally (Nordics, Poland, India)
7. Proactive – able to speak up, challenge, and search for solutions to problems
8. Drive / sense of urgency – understand when there is need for quick solutions to problems, act based on that
9. Strong problem-solving experience and attitude
