Managing defects in a structured manner, including clear documentation, prioritization, root cause analysis support, and close follow-up with development teams until resolution.
requirements-expected :
5–6 years hands-on experience testing consumer loan products or similar retail banking products
Strong understanding of loan lifecycle (application, scoring, repayment, fees/interest)
Experience with functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing
Able to prepare test cases, scenarios and test data
