At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we manufacture powertrain systems that support fuel consumption reduction and lower emissions—including starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives.

Responsibilities

• Testing & Validation: Performing functional tests on electric motors and complete electric powertrain systems.
• Test Programming: Building test sequences based on customer requirements, configuring measurement systems, and developing test scripts and procedures.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing and interpreting data, and preparing comprehensive reports (results and conclusions).
• Laboratory Development: Contributing to the development and optimization of test benches.

Requirements

• Education: University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Robotics, or a related field.
• Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in electric motor control methods and the ability to perform and correctly interpret electrical measurements.
• Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Language: Communicative level of English.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of and ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
