We are on the lookout for a Test Specialist to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Warsaw in a Near site position.

Responsibilities
- Designs and documents test cases for software systems.
- Executes test.
- Executes exploratory test sessions.
- Reports test results and found defects.
- Interprets test results, reports on test progress and issues.
- Cooperates with analysis, architects, software development and service desk teams.
- Reviews project documentation – Takes test lead role in smaller projects.

Requirements
- Experience:
- Experience with testing using Azure Devops Test Plans.
- Hands‑on experience with coding in one of the languages – Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, VBS.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation using Playwright or equivalent.
- Hands‑on experience with operating on a relational database including SQL queries.
- Additional Experience:
- Hands‑on experience with testing systems based on a data platform.
- Hands‑on experience with testing application systems based on web services.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Hands‑on experience in testing complex systems up to the amount of years per profile requested at the minimum experience at similar position.
- Well‑versed and practical knowledge of software testing tools.
- Expert in designing tests.
- Analytical mind, attention to detail and an ability to pick things up quickly.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Certifications:
- At least one certification among: ISTQB Advanced or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the contract authority) or three years’ experience in test design above required minimum experience at a similar position.
