The project is focused on software quality assurance and test automation. The technology stack includes Java, Python, REST API, SQL, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, and Business Driven Development. The work is conducted in an Agile environment. The estimated duration of the project is several months.
responsibilities :
Test software Engineer is responsible for understanding business use case and prepare Traceability Matrix, create Automated Test Cases, Test Data, execute test cases through Automation, raise Defects and document test results.
Ensure end to end testing deliverables, phase/cycles are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure data is available and the quality of Test data is fit for purpose.
Promote re-use through implementation of shared testing artefacts.
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources from a testing perspective and carry out impact analysis across projects and platforms and write appropriate automated regression test scenarios.
Conduct Test result walkthrough to business.
Capture defects and retest remediated defect till closure.
Publish daily testing project status to stakeholders.
Highlight project issues to ITPM, Test lead.
Capture lessons learnt from projects and implement them in future projects.

Experience working in Functional testing.
Experience in automation testing using Selenium, Cucumber, Junit
