Were seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Nordic finance project. This project is at the forefront of financial management, specifically targeting the meticulous handling of testing activities related to corporate actions. These actions wield considerable influence over shareholders and the broader securities market. The project is focused on launching new phases and types of initiatives, which will necessitate strong collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and the client. These upcoming phases will involve the implementation of customized solutions to address the specific needs of different global markets, ensuring seamless and efficient processing of these impactful financial events.
responsibilities :
Setup of regular project KPIs (daily, weekly)
Coordination of setup of test plans
Support coordination between different testing teams in various locations
Run of daily calls to discuss and prioritise raised bugs and incidents
Daily management/oversight of bugs and incidents in JIRA Setup, maintenance and continuous improvement of project governance processes (e.g. hypercare)
Establishment of listing of bugs to prioritise by relevant stakeholders
Provision of bugs/incidents to prioritise to ITCCA, for further provision to 3rd party provider
Active participation in internal sprint planning, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Attendance to provider meetings to prepare the ongoing sprints
Attend senior management daily meetings and present to these in line with established agenda
