We are seeking a skilled developer with expertise in UI and API performance testing to ensure our applications deliver optimal speed, scalability, and reliability. This role involves designing, implementing, and executing performance tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with development teams to optimize application performance across both front-end and back-end components.
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office are required)
responsibilities :
Contribute to performance (e.g., smoke/load scripts).
Develop automated performance test scripts, simulate real-world usage scenarios for UI and API endpoints under varying loads.
Monitoring & Analysis: Collect performance metrics and identify bottlenecks for front-end and API.
CI/CD Integration: Integrate test suites into pipelines.
Support deterministic test data strategies and ensure environment readiness and observability.
Support tracking quality KPIs (coverage by critical path, defect escape rate) and drive continuous improvements.
Review automation code, enforce standards, and mentor engineers on testability, patterns, and best practices.
Defect Management: Triage failures, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate to prevent recurrence via guardrails and automation.
Maintain living documentation for test strategy, frameworks, environments, and runbooks.
Experimenting with AI Technologies in Test Automation: Implementing AI-based solutions for test generation, coverage analysis, anomaly detection, and regression optimization.
requirements-expected :
Self-driven person with the ability to design and implement performance test scenarios and turn them into automated load and stress tests
3+ years in test automation or software engineering with a strong automation focus
Knowledge of a modern programming language (C#)
Hands-on experience with:
Docker, Jenkins, Git, JIRA/X-Ray
JMeter or comparable Performance Testing Tool
Selenium/Selenoid or comparable Test Automation Framework (eg. Playwright)
Windows and Linux Operating Systems (admin tools e.g. Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, installation scripts etc)
Detailed understanding of software testing principles and Agile development process
Ability to writing technical documentation
Good English communication skills (speaking and writing) and ability to work in international teams
