This is a consultancy project in the Banking sector focused on providing Testing and Migration Services for retail payment solutions. The engagement involves user testing and onboarding support, requiring coordination with external parties and payment service providers (PSPs) to ensure smooth implementation of payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate retail payment solution testing by external parties and users of payment solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive test frameworks, plans, and schedules for organizing and supporting test execution by external stakeholders.
- Configure automatic reports and dashboards for senior management and governance bodies.
- Liaise with functional and testing teams to ensure timely analysis and resolution of identified defects.
- Support the onboarding process for payment service providers (PSPs) setting up their payment chains.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in executing and/or coordinating retail payment solution testing by external parties/users.
- Proven ability to prepare test frameworks, plans, and schedules for organizing and supporting test execution by external parties.
- Experience in configuring automatic reports and dashboards for senior management and governance bodies.
- Strong liaison skills with functional and testing teams to ensure defect analysis and resolution.
- Business fluent English language proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and capability of taking initiative.
Nice to have skills
- Knowledge of service providers who assist PSPs in setting up their payment chains.
- Experience working with financial institutions in regulatory environments.
