We are looking for a Test Manager with German to join our team, which focuses on several large-scale German insurance projects. You will be part of a dynamic team working on the development of new products for our clients. You will support one of our major projects in test automation and the implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement measures.
Responsibilities:
- Selection and adaptation of suitable test methods and procedures depending on the sprint goals
- Design, planning and control of software tests across all test phases using quality gates
- Contact person and methodological advisor for all units involved in testing
- Communication of the overarching test methodology in the Scrum teams
- Scheduling of test levels and types as well as the necessary activities in coordination with the environment management
- Implementation and adaptation of the test automation strategy
- Ensuring a uniform understanding of the expected QS level across all Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Ensuring an ART-wide QS understanding and compliance with the expected QS level
- Test status reporting for the overarching test topics
Requirements profile:
- German at least B2 level (level allowing you to work in that language)
- Experience in the design, planning, implementation and control of test projects, application of project management methods and tools
- Knowledge and practical experience of test methods and tools
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or comparable training
- Experience in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ideally ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification
- Knowledge of the property/life insurance environment
- Experience in leading virtual teams
- Knowledge of software development, testing and business processes in companies
- Target group-oriented evaluation, documentation and presentation of test results
