Our client, a major international car manufacturer, is currently driving one of its most ambitious transformation programs in the European retail landscape. The goal is to transition across 18 European markets from a traditional dealer-based model to a direct sales and agency model, creating a seamless, customer‑centric Omnichannel Sales experience.
Following the successful delivery of several key releases focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement, the next phase of the program will concentrate on the planning, testing, and rollout of the direct sales model across multiple markets.

To enable this, significant Salesforce‑based system and process enhancements are being implemented, supported by a comprehensive test and quality assurance framework.
As Test Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end test management of sales journeys across multiple European markets. This includes test planning, coordination, execution oversight, and defect management within a complex, multi‑system integration landscape.
You will act as the central point of contact for all market‑specific test activities, ensuring high‑quality delivery across all testing phases (SIT, E2E, UAT). Together with local market teams and central development units, you will define, track, and report on testing progress and quality metrics to ensure readiness for market go‑lives.
