overall responsibility for SIT, UAT & Performance Testing, especially UAT
responsibility for integrated test delivery plans with other core programmes under Radom
ensuring test delivery plans are congruent with the deployment plans and any risks / issues are mitigated and escalated appropriately
coordination of Test Users to perform UAT and any re-testing for defects resolution
working with Business/Market & IT to ensure right resources are allocated to support Testing
working with Factories to ensure smooth delivery locally, with minimise business disruption
requirements-expected :
past experience in managing SIT (System Integration Testing) or UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on business
SAP functional experience in the area of Finance or Supply Chain
experience in factory and supply chain environment
ability to engage and influence across the business
fluency in Polish and English language
very strong communication and collaboration skills; collaborative mindset across business functions, cultural understanding and experienced working in multi-cultural teams across different time zones
