We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join a growing e-mobility (EV) area focused on developing innovative solutions supporting the future of electric mobility. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on testing expertise (especially in API testing) with leadership capabilities and enjoys working in a dynamic Agile environment.
responsibilities :
End-to-end management of the testing process, including planning, execution, acceptance, and reporting (functional and non-functional testing)
Defining and implementing test strategy and overall testing approach for the project
Coordinating the execution of test scenarios and overseeing daily testing activities
Maintaining and monitoring bug logs, ensuring proper tracking and resolution
Providing daily status updates and supporting testers in ongoing activities
Actively participating in testing activities when needed
Mapping business and system requirements to comprehensive test scenarios
Close daily collaboration with testers, external vendors, business stakeholders, clients, and Project Managers
Reporting progress, risks, and escalations to Project Managers and stakeholders
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience in the testing area
At least a year of experience as a Test Manager/Coordinator
Practical experience in backend/API testing and a strong understanding of the full end-to-end software testing lifecycle
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
Experience in defining test approaches and building test strategies
Hands-on experience working in SCRUM and Agile environments
Advanced communication skills in English and Polish
Readiness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (2 days in the office per week)
Residing in Poland required
