Your responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end testing process for web and mobile applications
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and define testing strategies
• Prepare and execute automated UI and API test scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
• Oversee defect management and ensure timely resolution
• Mentor and support team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
• Monitor and report testing progress using test metrics
• Evaluate existing solutions and recommend enhancements
• Ensure effective communication with management and business teams
• Foster a culture of quality and innovation within the QA team

Our requirements

• Proven experience in QA team leadership and managing testing processes across the software development lifecycle
• Expertise in automated testing for mobile and web applications
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
• Experience with RESTful API, web UI, and mobile testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control (GIT)
• Knowledge of test management tools
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
