Model of work: hybrid model: 1-2 days per week in the office in Warsaw/Gdańsk/Gdynia/Łódź
responsibilities :
Review requirements for complex Cards migration programme, identify test approaches, and plan required migration test activities.
Design and implement tests.
Execute tests, report results including defects.

Fluent communication in English. Smoothly working with teams who are distributed globally
Experience in planning and executing testing for complex data migration projects is a must.
Data analyst background/experience.
In-depth knowledge in testing Mainframe related applications using Cobol, DB2, SQL, JCL Job schedulers such as Control-D/M.
Experience with data comparison using extract files (CSV,TX , ability to automate file comparison is plus.
Exposure to Unix/Linux, Shell scripting
Payments / Cards domain understanding.
Understanding of banking architecture is plus.
Technical – able to communicate with development teams, architects, test environment people to define testing scope and test environments to be used for testing.
Hands on experience using Data Migration Tools.
Proactive – able to speak up, challenge, search for solution to problems, able to work independently.
Drive / sense of urgency – understand when there is need for quick solutions to problems, act based on that.
Strong problem solving experience and attitude.
Experience of SAFe and QA in Agile (agile testing).
