Test Lead (Unqork) wanted!

Full-time

Remote work (from Poland)

Main tasks:

• Implement a testing strategy tailored to Unqork platform solutions, ensuring high quality and alignment with project goals and timelines
• Lead test planning activities, including test design, scope definition, resource allocation, and schedule management
• Develop and manage test cases, test scripts, and test data required for Unqork applications, focusing on both functional and non-functional requirements
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts in Python
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions within the testing team to enhance skills in Unqork and Python automation

Requirements:

• Experience with Unqork and proven capability in managing and implementing testing strategies specific to this platform
• Proficiency in designing and executing automated tests in Python and familiarity with automation frameworks
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the CI/CD process
• Leadership skills and experience in mentoring testing teams, with a focus on both manual and automated testing for Unqork applications
• Strong communication skills in English
• Familiarity with defect management tools and strong skills in analyzing test results and providing quality reports
